Paedcentric is built for paediatric house officers managing real patients on real wards. This page explains, plainly, what we collect and why.

What we collect when you sign up

What we collect when you use the app

Patient information you enter, including name, date of birth, weight, diagnosis, medications, tasks, and notes, is stored on your device, and synced to our cloud database (Supabase) so you don't lose it if you change devices.

Only you can see the patients you've added. No other Paedcentric user can view your patients unless a future collaboration feature is explicitly turned on by you — that doesn't exist yet.

How your data is protected

What we don't do

Cookies & analytics on this website

This website (paedcentric.com) uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. For example, which pages are viewed and which links are clicked. This applies to the website only, not the Paedcentric app itself, which does not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. No patient data, and no data from inside the app, is ever sent to Google Analytics, only anonymised website browsing activity. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Deleting your data

You can request deletion of your account and patient data at any time by emailing support@paedcentric.com. We'll confirm once it's done.
